This company is a nightmare. I have been trying for 5 months to order a couple replacement bars for my gazebo. I have called 30 times at least. Half of the staff hangs up on me when they say they will transfer me, the other half says they will call me back and they don't. They told me shipping will be $10 last April when I tried to place the order. I have been waiting for them to put the order through and calling back to try to make it happen. It is now August and they are trying to raise the shipping cost to $62 because they say that their prices have changed even though I've been waiting on these a-holes to process my order. I have an invoice which says $10 for shipping and they won't even honor their own invoice they sent me by email. AVOID
